return shipping and insurance is paid for by the customer.
We accept bank drafts, cheques, money orders, VISA,
Access and Master Card. Personal cheques must be approved
before you send them. Personal cheques will delay
shipment by as much as 14 days and there is no return
privilege. We ship out within three days of receiving

instruments shipped unseen to the customer carry a
48 hour approval period during which the guitar can
be returned for any reason. If it has been damaged
in transit you must notify the carrier and Angel Guitars
as the instrument will be insured. If YOU damage it
during the 48 hour approval period, then you own it!
new items leave Angel Guitars in perfect condition
and are inspected for breaks, cracks, tears scratches,
dents, dings etc. If the instrument arrives broken,
then contact the carrier for damage inspection since
we don't send out broken guitars. Do not send us back
an instrument that was damaged in shipping until it
has been inspected or you'll own it! If you wish to
return an item within the 48 hour approval period,
that's absolutely fine. You must send it back with
insurance. All return shipping and insurance is paid
by the customer. We ship instruments every day so
we take every precaution to get your new instrument
to you in good condition.
